As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will provide the first line of support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care. Troubleshoot basic technical problems and offer effective solutions or escalate as necessary. Deliver accurate information about our products, services, and policies in a friendly manner. Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system promptly. Assist customers in understanding product features and share tips to enrich their overall experience. Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on company offerings,



industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Experience in customer service or similar support roles is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies with a customer-centric approach. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers.
