We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing department.

You will manage our general supplier network and a team of purchasing administrators Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the purchasing administration team. * Manage the full purchasing cycle: supplier contact, purchase order processing and order follow-up. * Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with suppliers. * Survey the market continuously to identify and qualify new suppliers within the fine chemicals sector. * Manage import logistics, including hazardous goods shipments. * Make sure suppliers meet our specifications and quality assurance requirements. * Run the annual supplier evaluation. * Support the Sales Managers in their day-to-day operations.



* Ensure compliance with waste management regulations and good environmental practices.

What We Are Looking For * A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical or life science industry. * Knowledge of the chemical market, ideally fine chemicals. * Proven team management experience. * Knowledge of shipping regulations, especially for hazardous goods. * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
