As SAP HCM Time Management (PT) consultant, you support German-speaking customers in optimizing SAP PT time-related processes and ensuring compliant, integrated solutions. You translate business needs into scalable configurations, deliver AMS and implementation services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and digital transformation. You help ensure German labor regulation compliance while leveraging SAP PT within an international environment. This role combines advisory influence, technical customization, and project delivery to enable efficient time management and payroll integration.

• Serve as trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management and Workforce Management
• Analyze requirements and design scalable, compliant SAP PT solutions
• Deliver SAP HCM Time Management AMS including implementations, changes, configurations, and enhancements

• Support optimization of time-related processes and German labor regulations compliance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience as SAP HCM Time Management (PT) consultant in AMS and/or implementations
• Strong SAP PT expertise for Germany (work schedules, absence, attendance, quotas, time evaluation)
• Experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region
• Strong customizing skills in SAP HCM Time Management
• Good understanding of Time Management–Payroll integration
• Experience with SAP HCM Time-related enhancements, reporting, and interfaces (advantage)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• High autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent German and good English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
