In this Global Quality Project Manager role, you will lead a strategic QMS transformation to simplify and harmonize processes across the business. You’ll work with global cross-functional teams to drive digitalization, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence. The position sits at the center of a growth-focused capability center, shaping how quality operates worldwide. You will enable a more agile, compliant quality function that supports patient delivery and business goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute the full QMS Simplification and Harmonization Roadmap from diagnostics to global rollout
• Plan and manage scope, milestones, risks, governance, dependencies, and budget
• Advise management on embedding Quality and compliance across projects
• Conduct current-state analyses including maturity assessments and gap identification
• Ensure future-state QMS aligns with ISO, GxP, and regulatory expectations
• Oversee transformation activities: process cleanup, redesign, documentation reduction, technology deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams for timely execution




• Lead change management: stakeholder engagement, training, communications
• Support global site rollout for scalable, consistent solutions
• Define and monitor KPIs for efficiency, compliance, and productivity

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, quality, regulatory affairs, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience in Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, or Ru0026D
• Project management or continuous improvement certification (PMP, Prince2, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (ISO, GxP), document management, and quality processes
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication; able to translate vision into action
• Autonomous, change-oriented, and able to challenge status quo
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
