Experteer Overview In this role you will support the development and review of long-term supply plans to align with demand forecasts. You will execute mid- and long-term planning processes for the region and provide data-driven input to Su0026amp;OP meetings. By monitoring supply constraints and inventory status, you help optimize availability and drive continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure supply readiness and contribute to regional supply planning excellence. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts • Execute regional mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans • Monitor supply constraints and under-utilizations; provide data-driven recommendations to SC team • Review inventory policies, track slow-movers,



and monitor obsolete stock for efficient management • Identify FG requirements and propose allocations based on priorities and market needs • Provide detailed inputs/reports for regional Su0026OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand • Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to secure supply availability • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy Responsabilidades • 1–2 years of experience in a supply planning role or related field • FMCG experience is a plus • Fluent in English • Strong analytical and communication skills • Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage • Problem-solving mindset and team orientation • Ability to work in a diverse, global environment Requisitos principales • adaptable work scheme with flexible hours • hybrid work model • health insurance • meal allowance • employee share plan • parental leave
