Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive scalable processes and end-to-end infrastructure projects to support Revolut’s rapid growth. You will collaborate across teams to prioritise initiatives, launch credit products in new territories, and improve monetisation and retention of existing offerings. You’ll explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience and work closely with credit teams to ensure operational excellence. This position offers meaningful impact in a fast-paced, data-driven fintech environment with a strong emphasis on inclusion and global reach.

Responsabilidades
• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 4+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts
• Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
• Interest in the financial industry
