Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Vu0026amp;V and Test Strategy for key Military Aircraft Programs from concept to certification. You will serve as the central interface among the Design Authority, Test Center, Airbus Commercial, and stakeholders, steering the full Vu0026amp;V lifecycle, including rig testing, flight test campaigns, and system qualification. You will shape test strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive risk mitigation to optimize test execution and costs. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence aircraft development at the forefront of military programs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute a mature Simulation u0026 Test Strategy from concept to certification/qualification
• Define stakeholder requirements and set up development processes based on the Vee-model with compliance matrices
• Lead test rigs/test benches development and commissioning, and Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) for prototype data capture
• Coordinate aircraft test bench integration with manufacturing and manage test execution on ground setups and test centers




• Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation during high-intensity test campaigns to optimize execution and milestones
• Act as primary technical contact and coordinator across multidisciplinary teams including external partners and military end-users

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, Vu0026V, aircraft testing, or development programs
• Multi-program experience across commercial and defense platforms is valued
• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline
• Fluent Spanish u0026 English; French proficiency is a plus
• In-depth understanding of the V-model lifecycle, systems Vu0026V processes, test bench definition/operation, and Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI)
• Ability to travel frequently to test locations (roughly 1 trip per month)
