Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead complex industrial water treatment projects for high-tech industries, from definition to commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will drive risk mitigation, resource planning and KPI tracking to ensure successful delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary role at a global company focused on sustainability and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and control project scope and quality standards across the lifecycle
• Build and coordinate relationships with vendors, consultants, erection and safety coordinators
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as needed
• Track KPI performance (time, quality, cost) and ensure adherence to plans
• Develop and mentor the project team to reach peak performance
• Lead projects from requirements to deployment, including risk mitigation and implementation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget
• Adjust scope, schedule, or budget when project requirements cannot be met




• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
• Handover project information to MO Team at completion

Responsabilidades
• Master in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in erection, construction, commissioning and start-up projects
• Proven experience with civil works in projects
• Proven experience managing and validating engineering documents (Pu0026ID, PFD, mass balance, piping drawings, isometrics, wiring diagram, logic diagram, control narrative)
• Proven experience coordinating work groups and resources
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Safety u0026 Environmental regulations in Europe and CE certification requirements
• Awareness of ISO Quality Assurance requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
• Synthesis, pragmatic approach, and agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics
• Strong problem solving skills and adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Experience engaging with all levels of management
• Preferred professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
