REGIONAL PROCUREMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the South Luzon Procurement Manager and will be responsible and accountable for procurement of PR requirements as assigned.

- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for various materials, equipment, consumables, rentals, services, and small civil works within the established procurement guidelines and procedures;
- Monitors compliance with the POD Procedure Manual, PO/contract terms and conditions, applicable policies and maintains an effective filing system of records;
- Provides support to Systems and Standards Division in the Vendor Database Build-Up; and
- Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate of any 4-year course




- Preferably with one(1) year work experience related to procurement activities
- Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good negotiation skills
