What are we looking for

We are seeking professionals with experience in project management within the facade industry, capable of managing projects of ventilated facades and curtain walls, and maintaining close relationships with clients. The adecuado candidate will collaborate with Sales, Product, Quality, Project management departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales team in adequate project management.

What you will do
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure technical specifications are met and align with client requirements.
- Conduct economic feasibility studies and provide cost estimates.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
- Assist the sales team in project management tasks to ensure smooth project execution.




- Provide technical support and expertise during client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet client expectations.

What you need to succeed
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager Min the façade industry or related products (curtain walls, ventilated facade profiles, insulating panels).
- Language: B2-C1 level of English (a proficiency test will be conducted).
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
- Skills: Project management, deadline orientation, ability to interact with different departments and clients, sales skills, attention to detail.
- Knowledge: CAD, Excel
