experimentation with next-generation talent acquisition technology, and continuous learning within the team Требования * 15+ Years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5+ years in people management roles * Deep specialisation in Talent Acquisition for technical roles within technology companies * Ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy, with commercial acumen, market intelligence, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and workforce insights across EMEA * Success building and executing data-driven, multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools for candidate discovery, nurturing, and pipeline creation * Strong metrics ownership and operational discipline, including defining success measures, using talent analytics, tracking outcomes, and driving improvement through data and automation * Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with goal setting, tracking, and closure * Track record as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing talent decisions with evidence-based recommendations and predictive talent analytics * People leadership skills, including inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing, digitally fluent teams * Growth mindset, openness to feedback, curiosity about AI technologies, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches * Comfortable contributing to strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including modern talent acquisition technology, innovation, and change agility at scale * Strong collaboration skills, ability to co-create solutions across functions, adapt to emerging needs, and work effectively in a matrixed environment Условия The role is based in Spain or Serbia Hybrid arrangements require onsite work at least 3 days per week in locations where the workplace policy applies, including Belgrade and Barcelona.
