About the rolePreply is expanding beyond language learning into new tutor categories, and we're building out the Supply Growth team's acquisition capabilities. We're looking for a Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist to lead the full tutor acquisition pillar, end-to-end.




You'll join the Supply Growth team, which oversees tutor acquisition, tutor content, early success, and tutor growth. As the ultimate acquisition owner, you'll report directly to the Supply Growth Lead, and work cross-functionally with Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, Legal, and more, to build acquisition engines that scale.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build channels from the ground up in a fast-moving, still-forming space, with a growth mindset of always testing, learning, and scaling.
What you'll be doingMonitor SEM and paid social (Meta, TikTok, and others) campaign performance for tutor acquisition, partnering closely with the Marketing teams that run each channel to shape iterations and troubleshoot underperformance.
