As Global Sales Manager at SD Worx, you will help grow our international footprint in HR u0026amp; Payroll solutions. You identify new markets, engage decision-makers across borders, and steer complex cross-border deals to successful outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape client solutions and sustain long-term partnerships. This role offers meaningful impact through general expansion, market insight, and strategic customer value creation.

• Identify and develop opportunities across international markets to drive sustainable growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level leaders, HR, IT and Procurement
• Lead negotiations and close strategic, high-value contracts balancing commercial outcomes with long-term partnerships
• Monitor and share insights on sales performance, market developments and opportunities




• Collaborate with internal teams (Domestic Sales, Product u0026 Portfolio Management, Presales, Corporate Legal, Service Delivery, Implementation, Partner Management, Excom) to shape client solutions

Responsabilidades
• Strong sales experience in the HR u0026 Payroll industry
• Proven ability to consistently achieve international sales targets
• Experience closing complex, cross-border deals with diverse stakeholders and markets
• Comfort with managing multiple opportunities xghoner in parallel using a structured, results-oriented approach
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe for meetings and sales events
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
