In this role you support private capital fund administration within Securities Services, enabling accurate accounting, regulatory reporting, and on-boarding of new funds. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data and compliant processes for Spain and Luxembourg-domiciled funds. You’ll tackle onboarding, investor transactions, and NAV calculations that impact fund performance and investor reporting. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant, inclusive culture with clear development paths.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Process investor capital movements for Spain- and Luxembourg-domiciled funds
• Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry and NAV preparation in the accounting system
• Generate financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with applicable GAAP
• Compile regulatory reports for CNMV, AEAT and Banco de España




• Set up investor accounts, share classes and produce periodic investor communications

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Experience (or strong interest) in fund accounting, FA/TA of private-capital funds in Spain or Luxembourg
• Good understanding of depositary and fund-administration operational routines
• Fluency xghoner in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, creativity and adaptability skills
