In this role you will lead Ergomed’s clinical outsourcing strategy and vendor governance across the development portfolio. You work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Vendor Management, Therapeutic Strategy, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance to shape vendor selection, partnerships, and outsourcing excellence. You will advise from proposal development through study transition to operations, focusing on quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. This position offers a strategic opportunity to optimize outsourcing models, drive cross-functional initiatives, and support organizational growth and evolving portfolio needs.

• Lead vendor outsourcing strategies for proposals and RFPs aligned with study requirements, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and sponsor expectations
• Evaluate, select, and recommend vendors based on capabilities, capacity,



general reach, and readiness
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to strengthen supplier relationships and inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Present outsourcing strategies in bid defenses and sponsor meetings to support business development
• Build and maintain supplier partnerships that foster collaboration, innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Lead initiatives to optimize and scale outsourcing processes for improved efficiency, quality, predictability, and cost effectiveness
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, xghoner and other functions to support trial delivery
• Provide insights on vendor performance, risks, capacity, and readiness for portfolio planning
• Develop tools, training, and best practices to strengthen outsourcing and vendor governance capabilities
