In this role within the Customer Operations team, you will analyze customer activity to detect and mitigate fraud, while overseeing payments processes. You will support the Fraud u0026amp; Risk function, refine procedures, and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met. You’ll perform KYC checks, monitor registrations, deposits and withdrawals, and escalate complex cases to responsible departments. You will contribute to safer gambling initiatives and stay updated on gambling industry regulations. This is a hands-on, analytical role with opportunities to influence processes and risk controls.

• Resolve escalations from Fraud u0026 Risk, AML and Payment Analysts on complex cases
• Update and create procedures as needed and monitor team performance to meet SLAs/KPIs
• Support the Fu0026P Team Leader to ensure SLA/KPI targets are achieved




• Make recommendations on account management for at‑risk customers
• Identify at‑risk gambling behaviors and escalate to Safer Gambling
• Conduct KYC and ongoing monitoring on affiliates deals
• Monitor registrations, deposits and withdrawals
• Assess fraud risk and take appropriate action using experience and judgment
• Escalate cases to responsible departments and ensure best practices with colleagues
• Prepare high-quality management reports when necessary
• Keep up to date with gambling industry legislation and requirements
• Undertake tasks as reasonably expected within the scope of the post

Responsabilidades
• Minimum one year of experience xghoner in a similar role in the iGaming industry
• Experience in online environments with operators or payments companies
• Desirable experience with Payments processing tools (Nuvei, SafeCharge, Worldpay)
• Experience in strict fraud prevention and familiarity with fraud detection tools
