In this role you will design and operate a cloud-native platform that enables scalable AI agents across the organization. You will contribute to a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform on Amazon EKS, ensuring secure, observable, and reliable operations that accelerate research and development for patients and scientists. You’ll write production Python, build Terraform modules and Helm charts, and drive GitOps pipelines while setting technical standards and mentoring engineers. This is a senior, cross-functional role that shapes the platform’s long-term direction and trustworthiness.

• Build and maintain a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform on Amazon EKS
• Implement identity and tenant isolation; secure integrations with AI models and enterprise services
• Develop observability, evaluation,



and governance frameworks for agentic workloads
• Write production Python and develop Terraform modules and Helm charts
• Create and maintain GitOps pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Set technical standards and reusable platform patterns
• Mentor engineers and act as a senior technical advisor on cross-functional initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of hands-on experience building secure, scalable cloud-native backend systems at enterprise scale
• Deep expertise in production Kubernetes platforms, preferably Amazon EKS (RBAC, networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, troubleshooting)
• Strong AWS experience across EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB, Route 53, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3
• Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, and Git; IaC and GitOps practices
• Production-quality Python including API xghoner integration, testing, and automation; CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Experience with OIDC, OAuth2
