You will lead regional security programs for Eastern EMEA from Madrid, ensuring regulatory and company standards. You will drive policy development, audits, and security improvements across sites while partnering with cross-functional teams. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on risk management and stakeholder engagement. You will build relationships with law enforcement and international security partners to strengthen resilience. This is a chance to influence security programs at scale within a mission-driven nuclear energy leader.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Ensure programmatic standards meet regulatory directives, company, and local policies
• Develop and update Westinghouse Global Security policies and programs across EMEA
• Conduct site audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and address gaps
• Support daily administration of physical security and access control standards and systems
• Coordinate with team on design and implementation of security installations at offices and facilities
• Perform self-assessments to gauge effectiveness and identify improvements
• Collaborate with project, client, and functional management and provide required notifications
• Engage with high-level law enforcement and international security counterparts for collaborations
• Foster interfaces and program development between security and xghoner other departments (travel, Cyber Security, IT, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy, HR)
Responsabilidades
