In this role you will serve as a senior, technically oriented advisor within Lighthouse’s Commercial team, managing a portfolio of complex accounts and aligning product capabilities with business value. You’ll partner with Account Executives to drive adoption, retention, and growth while translating technical solutions into measurable outcomes. You’ll act as the trusted technical liaison across customers and internal teams, mitigating risks and guiding executive discussions. This is a chance to shape how hoteliers leverage AI-driven insights at scale and impact revenue outcomes.

• Own and manage the technical relationship across a portfolio of complex accounts
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy, retention, expansion, and renewal planning
• Identify adoption gaps, technical risks, expansion opportunities, and churn signals
• Provide usage, adoption, ROI,



and technical insights to support renewals and commercial conversations
• Lead or contribute to QBRs, adoption reviews, renewal prep, and executive engagements
• Tailor engagement based on account value, complexity, health, and commercial opportunity
• Serve as SME across Lighthouse products, integrations, data, and AI capabilities
• Understand BI data structures, market codes, OTB vs. Actuals, and data-quality issues
• Demonstrate knowledge of Connect AI, PMS/OTA connectivity, Rate Insight u0026 Parity, The Hotels Network, Market Insight, Ernest/Revenue Agent
• Understand APIs, data flows, PMS/channel integrations, and common integration failure points; scope, diagnose, and explain complex scenarios
• Own the customer-facing technical narrative and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Care on resolutions
• Build account-specific adoption plans linking Lighthouse capabilities to business outcomes
