In this role, you will drive renewal revenue for software contracts by following standard processes and leveraging CRM data. You’ll support commercial teams with data-driven insights, manage renewal activities, and identify opportunities to maximize recurring revenue. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and accurate forecasting to sustain growth. You will contribute to broader mission goals by helping customers stay compliant and successful with their software solutions. This is a hands-on, analytical role with potential to mentor others and influence renewal strategies.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own renewals for assigned region and accounts, ensuring quotes, management, and on-time completion
• Serve as a contact point for out-of-contract customers on license and entitlement guidance
• Develop data-driven solutions and involve Sales, Legal, Services, and Supervisory as needed




• Monitor KPI performance and identify variance drivers with data support
• Maintain accurate renewals data and forecast bookings and revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers for effective customer communications and policy application
• Lead and mentor junior Specialists
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide insights and management reports and share opportunities with Account Managers to boost retention and expansion
• Support renegotiations of existing contracts and flag risks to stakeholders
• Participate in customer calls/meetings to explain pricing, terms, and conditions
• Occasional travel for internal and external meetings

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business/numerate xghoner discipline (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of relevant commercial, business administrative, or operational experience
• Proven understanding of enterprise
