In this role you drive region-wide growth for innovative Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power electronic modules. You’ll work closely with OEMs, system integrators, and partners to expand market presence in the DACH region and translate technical innovations into commercial success. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, engage at the C-level, and mentor future sales talent, all within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. This position offers high visibility and opportunities to influence product direction and ecosystem development.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute the DACH business development strategy
• Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with unit targets
• Identify and close new opportunities within target verticals
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and partners
• Support onboarding and mentoring of future sales talent
• Lead full sales cycle including negotiations and development contracts
• Create strategic account and regional growth plans
• Maintain field presence, conduct customer visits, and represent at trade fairs
• Foster C-level discussions with customers and ecosystem partners
• Collaborate with Ru0026D, legal, quality, and logistics to execute deals
• Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and priorities
• Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and positioning
• Translate customer requirements into actionable solution opportunities
• Promote BLE and ultra-low-power technologies in customer ecosystems
• Understand application requirements and map xghoner to solutions
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in electronic components, module, or IoT solution sales (min. 10 years)
