In this role, you own the Marketing Cloud product vision and roadmap, ensuring marketing automation capabilities deliver measurable business value and align with corporate strategy. You bridge business stakeholders, marketing teams, and delivery squads to drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, governance, and enablement to maximise platform impact. This is a chance to shape journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalization at scale within a data-driven, transformation-minded organisation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with marketing, CRM, and business objectives; maintain the Marketing Cloud roadmap including campaign orchestration, personalisation, and lead management.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, ROI,



and dependencies; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; continuously groom backlog.
• Act as the voice of the business and customer; collaborate with Marketing, Data Cloud, CRM u0026 Sales, Data u0026 Analytics, and Integration teams; facilitate alignment and provide demos/trainings.
• Drive design and evolution of Marketing Cloud capabilities (journey orchestration, segmentation, personalisation, automation; CRM/Data Cloud integrations); promote best practices and governance.
• Work with Agile teams in PI/sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; clarify requirements and remove blockers; ensure timely, high-quality delivery against acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance and iteratively improve; use data insights to refine roadmap and prioritisation.
