In this Product Owner role at Cigna Healthcare, you maximize value delivery for the Scrum Team by translating strategy into actionable backlog items. You act as the voice of the customer and ensure priorities reflect user value while coordinating with the Agile Product Manager. You focus on High Priority International Health initiatives within the Policy Administration System, balancing business needs with delivery of quality outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact.

• Collaborate with the Agile Product Manager to align on vision, roadmap, and outcomes with business strategy and customer needs
• Keep delivery milestones visible to maintain relevant roadmaps
• Represent the customer for the Scrum Team and ensure backlog priorities reflect customer value
• Translate release train backlog priorities into team backlog priorities
• Support refinement of features with the Agile Product Manager
• Decompose features into user stories and refine with developers, testers, and SMEs
• Own Jira backlog quality and approve user stories before Done/Accepted
• Lead PI planning cycles and objectives for predictable execution at team level
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, QA, and UAT to track delivery, quality, and metrics
• Ensure analytics monitor utilization, customer experience, and delivery performance
• Share actionable insights with the AP Manager to drive product evolution
• Foster a growth mindset and psychologically safe team culture
• Demonstrate an Agile mindset focused on learning, feedback, and value validation
• Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies and alignment
