In this role you drive revenue strategy for The Hoxton Madrid, partnering with the General Manager and Sales to optimize performance across segments. You lead revenue initiatives, monitor results, and adjust tactics to meet targets while aligning with broader brand goals. You chair weekly revenue meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance profitability and market reach. This is a growth-focused, entrepreneurial position at an expanding international hospitality brand with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

• Own and implement revenue strategies for assigned properties in collaboration with leadership
• Drive growth through Mind Share, Market Share, and Channel Share across sales, marketing, and operations
• Chair weekly revenue meetings and coordinate with hotel teams on strategy and profitability impact
• Support other hotels in the region with pricing,



processes, and reporting
• Collaborate with General Manager, sales, brand, and digital teams on high-level market decisions
• Ensure systems and processes meet group requirements and are updated accordingly
• Perform regular data analysis and reporting; track trends such as pace, group pace, and booking windows
• Aim for room revenue goals and profitability; manage budget and RevPAR targets
• Prepare annual revenue budget and monthly forecasts with occupancy/rate and segment mix
• Monitor competitors, new hotel development, and market demand generators
• Maintain relationships with OTA partners and oversee channel management and inventory
• Oversee revenue management system usage, validation, and configuration tasks

Responsabilidades
• Technical proficiency with hotel systems; Opera Cloud or V5, IDeaS G3 RMS, Travelclick CRS experience preferred
