As Senior Global KAM, you drive activation of top retail partners across multiple countries to accelerate Glovo's retail growth. You will shape global partner activation strategy, enable local teams, and lead high-stakes negotiations in-market when needed. You’ll build scalable commercial frameworks, playbooks, and training programs to speed partner onboarding and time-to-value. This role combines global scope with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Retail unit. You’ll work cross-functionally to remove barriers and deliver measurable partner impact, shaping the future of non-food retail at Glovo.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and achieve a global quota for activated retail partners and manage the activation pipeline
• Provide advisory support to local sales teams and join complex negotiations in-market
• Create and refine enablement assets: decks, contract templates, commission guidelines, Qu0026A,



and object-handling guides
• Design standardized activation playbooks and SOPs for store-level rollouts and onboarding
• Lead general training programs to boost adoption of tools and commercial strategies
• Collaborate with Local Retail Managers and Product/Ops to reduce friction and accelerate value delivery

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5+ years in large-accounts management, commercial sales, or account management in tech/SaaS, e-commerce, or retail
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and managing deals through the sales pipeline
• Strong cross-functional leadership with advisory capabilities without direct reports
• Experience creating sales tools, playbooks, negotiation xghoner frameworks, and training materials
• Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking KPIs and adjusting strategy
• Experience across international markets or global HQ structures
• Exposure to multi-category e-comm
