The Salesforce Architect owns the end-to-end solution architecture for the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. The role connects commercial and customer experience priorities to a coherent platform roadmap, solution designs and integration patterns, ensuring capabilities are reliable, supportable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
Based in Madrid, you will work closely with product owners, business leaders, Salesforce engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Integration, Quality Assurance and delivery partners. You will provide technical direction from discovery through deployment and operations, making complex design decisions clear and actionable.
Salesforce supports critical commercial and customer processes across the organization.



This role creates the architectural consistency needed to scale those capabilities globally while allowing appropriate market variation. It balances speed and business value with platform standards, security, data integrity, operability and long-term maintainability.
Success is measured by resilient and secure solutions, predictable delivery, strong adoption, reusable capabilities, high release quality and controlled technical debt and cost - not by the amount of customization or technology deployed.
