Responsibilities * Managing the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets, including cell towers, across EU markets. * Leading acquisitions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions. * Expanding Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by working with landowners and renewable energy developers. * Driving transactions and contributing to business growth. * Collaborating closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams. Requirements * Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy developer environment * Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions * Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce * Willingness to travel across Europe * Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills * Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning * Proven ability to prioritize deal flow and apply sound business judgment * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills * Multilingual proficiency preferred * Strong interpersonal skills, respect for colleagues, and a positive sense of humor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
