I'm currently working on a Digital Pricing Product Operations & Standards Lead opportunity supporting a integral Digital Pricing team. Ð1 Role Highlights* Define and improve product management standards, roadmap management and backlog governance.* Support Product Owners and cross-functional teams in adopting consistent product practices.* Drive governance routines, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning aligned with Agile and SAFe.* Develop playbooks, templates, governance packs and onboarding materials.* Promote Agile-at-Scale practices and continuous improvement.* Track KPIs related to product maturity, backlog health and delivery predictability. Ð1 Key Skills Required 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Delivery or Digital Transformation.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Professional English. Ð1 Nice to Have* Experience with pricing tools such as PFX, Vistex or PROS.* Exposure to SAP, CRM, ERP, CPQ or B2B digital environments.* SAFe, Scrum Product Owner or PMP certifications.
