DescripciónDefine and execute the global services strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.Lead and develop an international leadership team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement.Drive organisational effectiveness and scalability across a large, geographically dispersed services function.Ensure strong alignment between service operations, commercial teams and customer success objectives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational performance and customer experience.Oversee service agreements, support models and customer-facing service delivery frameworks.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency,



service quality and long-term customer value.Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on matters relating to customer support and service operations.
