You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
What you'll do
- Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
- Create, manage,



and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
- Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures

What we're looking for
- Fluent or bilingual
- German (C1/C2) with advanced English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using support tools and systems
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Currently based in Spain
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
