Salary: €26,276 gross/year + performance bonus of up to €3,408 gross/year

About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term customers?

We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying potential customers through to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

You’ll work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand their digital advertising needs and connecting them with solutions that can support their growth.

What You’ll Do

Achieve quarterly revenue targets by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Identify and prioritize high-potential SMB accounts with strong digital advertising opportunities.

Conduct daily outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.





Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers to understand their goals and challenges.

Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs, budgets, and business objectives.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business.

Ensure a smooth handover and onboarding experience for new advertisers.

Use customer insights and market trends to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs covering revenue, activity, pipeline development, and conversion.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For

C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or cold cal
