About the position

Do you have experience as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity We are looking for motivated people to work in Barcelona.

Y our day-to-day responsibilities:
✔️Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
✔️Manage customers' orders,



changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
✔️Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

What we offer:
Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month
Salary: 18.735 € gross/year
Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.
