Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service in the Customer Support Services sector.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and empathy.




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with international team members to troubleshoot complex issues and identify process improvements.
- Stay updated on company product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to all French-speaking users.
- Exceed quality and performance targets set by the management team to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment at our on-site facility in Sofia.

Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
