We're responsible for VIKING's marine safety and fire safety services across the region — and we're looking for someone ready to join that mission.
Based at our office in Algeciras, Spain, you will report to the Head of Service Spain and be the primary HR partner for employees and managers, providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The role combines HR advisory, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and employee engagement.
In this role the following tasks and responsibilities can be expected:
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, providing guidance on policies, people management and employee relations. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, employee relations and offboarding. Ensure compliance with Spanish employment legislation, company policies, health & safety, data protection and HR requirements. Coordinate payroll, compensatio
