The Global Business Analytics Sr Analyst for Skin Health and Healthy Lifestyle is responsible for enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the integral organization by delivering high‑quality business reporting, market insights, and strategic analyses. The Skin Health business has a multi-brand portfolio that spans the US and EU.



The Healthy Lifestyle business is primarily a store brand business in the US with a branded business in the EU but the team is looking at whitespace within and outside where we play today.
This role partners closely with global and local stakeholders to interpret market performance, evaluate growth opportunities, and inform portfolio expansion strategies. By leading global analytical plans and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, the role supports business planning cycles, identifies whitespace and opportunity areas, and helps shape strategies that drive sustainable growth across diverse markets.

Scope of the Role
- Manage Global Category Standards & Definitions – Own single source of truth for category market data such as the standard definition in partnership with Brand Team/Enterprise Data Governance (I&A;, IT, and Finance) and help lead regular data base refreshes and governance
