Responsibilities
- Install and implement automation projects across EMEA region
- Provide escalated service support and troubleshooting for automation and informatics products
- Conduct technical training and coaching for internal staff and end users
- Perform site inspections and assessments for contract preparations and new installations
- Monitor instrument reliability and develop service recovery plans

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biomedical, electrical, or medical technology
- One year of experience as Technical Service Specialist or equivalent role
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 85% across Europe and EEMEAP
- Management and customer references demonstrating proven track record
