In this role, you will focus on expanding the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and converting prospects into successful business partnerships.
Our client is looking for a commercially driven individual who enjoys prospecting, understands the digital advertising landscape, and can confidently advise businesses on solutions that support their marketing objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective business clients through inbound leads and proactive outbound activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.




- Understand prospective clients' business needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Work towards individual sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and business acquisition.
- Keep customer information, opportunities, and sales activities accurately updated in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new clients to onboarding and customer success.
- Recognize opportunities to introduce additional advertising products and services to existing prospects and customers.

What We're Looking For
- Norwegian language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related commercial position.
