About the Role As a Finance Management Trainee, you will focus on four core areas: capacity cost, network cost, center operating cost, and regional business performance. From a finance perspective, you will provide business support across the logistics network in Spain. You will gradually build a holistic understanding of the business and its cost structure, laying the foundation for becoming a logistics finance professional with both business insight and financial expertise.
Responsibilities Gain an in-depth understanding of different business functions, business processes, and operational workflows from a finance management trainee's perspective.
Take part in the full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain, and systematically learn core business areas such as carrier management and capacity coordination.
Assist with network layout and operational follow-up, monitor key indicators such as parcel volume and service quality, and help drive the implementation of standardization and compliance management.
Participate in daily center operations, quality control,



exception handling, and resource scheduling to keep the hub running efficiently and smoothly.
Assist with regional operations coordination, communication, issue follow-up, and service improvement, while learning how the regional network operates as a whole and how teams work together.
Conduct data-driven analysis and review based on business performance, propose optimization recommendations, and learn the overall logic of operations along the way.
Provide cross-cultural communication support to the Chinese business team, bridging headquarters and local business to move collaboration forward.
Clear Growth Path Onboarding stage: Systematically learn the end-to-end business chain and standard finance processes such as accounting, reimbursement, and settlement, and build a solid professional foundation through hands-on work.
