The D365 F&O; Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This includes gathering business requirements, configuring the system, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. * Configure D365 F&O; modules (Finance) to meet business needs. * Design and configure D365 F&O; modules mandatorily General Ledger (also preferred Accounts Payable and receivable, Project Management & Accounting) to meet identified needs, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality where possible. * Defining Organization Structure and Configuring reporting capabilities. * Lead and support end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects. * Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate system integrations with third‑party applications and legacy systems. * Define and document integration requirements, data mappings,



and transformation rules. * Support data migration and ensure data integrity across integrated systems. * Conduct functional testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Provide training and post‑go‑live support to end‑users. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations. * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. * 5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.; * Proven experience in implementing and supporting D365 F&O; integrations. * Familiarity with integration tools such as Data Management Framework (DMF), Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or third‑party middleware. * Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certi
