In this role, you will lead country-cluster operations and field-based Clinical Trial Liaison teams while collaborating with regional leaders, study teams, vendors, and investigator sites. This position is available in multiple locations. Discover Your Role Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development planning, formal reviews, goals, workload, and quality delivery. Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and raise performance concerns. Implement standardised feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and investigator issue-resolution processes.



Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, country, capacity, and resource strategies. Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, and support meetings, audits, and inspections. Report monthly metrics, standard methodologies, issues, and escalations while retaining a 15% liaison workload. You foster a collaborative, high-performing cluster aligned with regional standards and continuous improvement. This Role Requires Bachelors degree and eight years relevant clinical operations experience in industry or a contract research organisation. Two to three years direct people-management accountability; a masters degree is preferred. Extensive general trial operations, field-team leadership, and clinical development knowledge.
