At Boomerang, we are currently seeking a Managing Director Sales for a manufacturing company. This position holds full responsibility for the sales and marketing functions and plays a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the group’s overall objectives.
Key responsibilities include maximizing revenue by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships, expanding the company’s market presence both in Spain and internationally through new product launches and strategic partnerships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.
The Managing Director Sales will also be accountable for managing the sales budget, controlling costs, and driving profitable growth. Additionally, this role involves monitoring sales performance metrics, refining strategies based on outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team to optimize processes and strengthen competitiveness.

• Consistent implementation of the corporate strategy




• Compliance with and further development of the corporate philosophy (values, code of business, etc. = trusting and fair working environment)
• Operational and strategic management and further development of the area of responsibility
• Increasing efficiency, profitability and achievement of corporate and departmental goals
• Preparing and adhering to the budget and key figures for the area of responsibility
• Approval of requisitions and signature authorization as defined (signature guideline)
• Responsibility for occupational safety, fire safety, information security and data protection in the division and for subordinate managers and employees
