Purpose of the role: We would like our experts to become ambassadors of our brands and to provide 360° support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios (including physical stores and e-commerce), basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Responsibilities Provide 360° support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios
Deliver basic technical support for troubleshooting
Perform backoffice tasks to support customer interactions
Requirements C2 level of Dutch
Advanced level of English

Salary: 24,659.54 € gross/year
