Description: Business Development Representative with German – GenAI Ads Solutions Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment Type: Full-time, 39 hours/week Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year + uncapped earning potential
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels, including cold calling, email, and social selling.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand clients' business and advertising objectives.
Present and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions tailored to customer needs.
Manage the sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
Achieve and exceed individual revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer‑success handover.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional solutions.




Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers, including senior and C‑level stakeholders.
Requirements
C1 level of German and B2 level of English.
2–3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and self-generated prospecting.
Experience in pre-sales, lead qualification, and/or full-cycle sales.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid advertising, and the wider Ads ecosystem.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior and C‑level decision-makers.
Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Experience managing customer or prospect databases.
Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environ
