Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead a Customer Experience–focused onboarding team to accelerate client value and retention. You will design and execute a recruitment and people development strategy, coach a 6–7 person team, and drive improvements in onboarding duration and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally to scale processes and foster a high-energy, inclusive culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on how teams adopt Factorial’s onboarding approach at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in B2B SaaS environment
• Team Lead experience in a Customer Experience/Onboarding context
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology and customer service
• Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
