We are looking for our next Technical Administrative Executive to join our team at our Head Office in A Coruña.
YOUR MISSION
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technical Department, ensuring proper document management and operational coordination, as well as administrative support in the management of technical incidents within the Helpdesk area. This role contributes to efficient communication, procedural compliance, and support across the different areas involved.
Position Responsibilities
Administrative management of the Technical Department.
Control, organization, and updating of internal and client documentation related to technical incident management.
Administrative support in legal and compliance-related matters linked to departmental activities.
Administrative support to the Helpdesk team in the management and follow-up of technical incidents.
Coordination of business activities with external partners and suppliers.
Support in any other tasks assigned by the Technical Department Manager or Coordinator.
Position Requirements
Academic Background




Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Superior) in Administration and Finance.
Complementary training in management systems (quality, environment, occupational health and safety, information security, IT services, or business continuity) is an asset.

Experience

Native Spanish.
English level B2 (mandatory).
