We're looking for a seasoned growth and product leader to take the reins of our entire growth engine — someone who can move fluidly between strategy, data and hands-on technical execution.
This isn't a marketing role and it isn't a product role. It's both, fused into one mandate, with real P&L; accountability and the authority to act across the whole portfolio.
You'll build and lead a new kind of function, one that sits between product and marketing, owns the shared measurement layer, and pushes test-driven thinking and learnings across every business line we run.

What You'll Own
- Own the Growth Engine Take full accountability for blended performance across paid channels (SEM/PPC), SEO and beyond, owning targets like tROAS, CAC and impression share, while closing the gap between desktop and mobile conversion.
- Drive Conversion, Checkout & Payments Lead the CRO and paywall/checkout agenda: funnel diagnostics, large-scale A/B testing,
