This role goes beyond technical excellence: it is about leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technologies to drive meaningful change in organizations, communities, and society .
As Prompt Engineer, you will design, optimize, and scale interactions with large language models (LLMs) to deliver solutions that improve decision-making, knowledge access, and collaboration . You will work in a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, contributing to projects where AI is applied to human development, sustainability, and social well-being .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize the quality, accuracy, and ethical reliability of generative AI outputs.
- Build and maintain a prompt engineering framework with reusable templates, libraries, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and research teams to integrate AI into tools that address social and business challenges .
- Apply advanced NLP techniques, embeddings, and fine-tuning methods to tailor LLMs to specific use cases.
- Implement metrics to evaluate model performance, bias, and inclusivity.
- Support the development of AI systems aligned with organizational values, ethical standards, and social responsibility principles .
- Stay ahead of the curve in prompt engineering, AI safety, and generative model capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing prompts and workflows for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, etc.).
- Solid programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience working with APIs.
- Strong understanding of NLP methods, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
