Key Responsibilities
Job Overview Lead and oversee the successful delivery of client programs, ensuring agreed quality, timelines, profitability and client expectations are met. Own the operational client relationship, acting as a key point of contact and escalation for program-related issues. Monitor program performance, KPIs and risks, taking proactive action when targets or delivery are at risk. Build, manage and develop the Project Management team, including staffing, performance management, mentoring, training and succession planning.
