Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. Consolidate and build the customer base. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements
Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch (French as a plus) with good English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Benelux market. 20 months sales experience is preferred. Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight. CRM Experience: strong CRM experience,
