SAP/Procis
Using SAP for below tasks:
- Creatingcustomer Proforma Invoice and Order
- Launching technical documentation
- Following up order updates, informing customer& Sales team
- Maintain and create customer data base
- Customer payments follow up
- Quotations upload. Pricing increase campaign
- Commercial agents, commission report and tracking
- Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments
- Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations
- Fragrance codes release request
